Eelmisel reedel toimunud koosolekul arutasime järgnevaid teemasid:
1) nime meie toidukogukonnale (jõudsime nimeni Oma Juurikas, kuid olge nii lahked ja mõelge/pakkuge ideid juurde:)
2) uurisime MTÜ asutamise asjatoimetusi – saame MTÜ asutada interneti kaudu, selleks on meil vaja põhikirja (olemas) ja üldkoosolekut (mis toimubki järgmisel nädalal)
3) mõtlesime hoiustamisruumide üle. Esialgu otsustasime hoiustada toidukraami Ilmatari 18, kus elab Anna. Sealt edasi on endiselt plaan kolida Pärmivabrikusse, kuid üüri ja ruumi kordategemise üle peame veel aru pidama.
4) arvestasime igakuise liikmemaksu ja deposiidi reaalset summat. Senikaua kui hoiuruum paikned Ilmatari tänaval, on meie igakuine liikmemaks 20 krooni ja deposiit 650 krooni, millest 550 krooni on tagastatav MtÜ-st lahkudes. Deposiidisumma võib tunduda kõrge, kuid meie hinnangul õiglane. 450 krooni sellest on ettemaks toidu eest, mida tellime – 1,5 kuni 2 kuu jagu. Ühe kuu keskmise hinna arvestasime küsitluse alusel, mida meie hulgas korraldasime. Ülejäänud 200 krooni investeerime MTÜ asutamisele ja Pärmivabrikus asuva ruumi remondiks..100 krooniga paneme kõik oma õla alla. Deposiidi summa jääb samaks ka kõigile hiljem liitujatele.
5) kaesime meie üllitatud põhikirja taaskord üle. Tuuli vaatab seal nipet-näpet asju üle, aga põhiline ei muutu.
6) uurisime andmed, mis kogutud võimalike talude kohta. Meil on koht, kust saame jahu ja helbeid, kitse piima ja mune, kapsast ja porgandit. Nüüd peame veel arutlema hinna üle ja hakkame tellima. Muidugi on plaanis talusid veel lisandada..niiet ettepanekud teretulnud!
Et me saaksime MTÜ-d asutada peame järgmisel kolmapäeval (07.10.2009) kell 19:00 asutamise üldkoosoleku Pärmivabrikus. Kõik, kes soovivad toidugrupiga liituda, tulge kohale. Kui te ei saa tulla, kuid soovite väga osalised olla, andke sellest teada, sest muul juhul me teiega ei arvesta. Kes saavad tulla, andke samuti oma tulekust teada. Hello!
On the meeting last Friday we discussed
1 possible names for the food-coop
2 founding procedures for the NGO
3 the room
4 hight of the monthly membership fee and the deposit
5 the põhikiri
6 the goods we know about so far.

2 We can found the NGO online. To do so, we need our põhikiri and a protocol of the founding meeting.
3 In the beginning we will have the goods in my place (Ilmatari 18) because the rent is less and we don’t have to renovate anything here. We will pay about 100EEK rent/month.
4 While we are here the monthly membership fee will be 20EEK. The deposit will be 650EEK, of which 550EEK will be reimbursed when leaving the NGO. This may sound high but is reasonable. The amount consists of 450EEK for prepayment of the goods we buy. That is about 1.5 to 2 months worth of goods. We based this estimation on the amounts from our questionaire. the other 200EEK are for investments we have to make such as NGO foundation, renovations in the room in Pärmivabrik when we move there … The 100EEK that you will not get back will cover those. We decided to do it that way to engage everybody in those costs, not only the founding members. Members who join later will pay for those costs as well.
5 Tuuli will clarify some things before the founding meeting but she will not make big changes to it.
6 We know producers of flour and other grain products, eggs, goat milk and some vegetables at the moment. Next we have to discuss the prices with the producers and start to order.
Now we have to found the NGO so we can finally get started, put up the webpage, make a bank account etc.
So we will have our founding meeting next Wednesday, 07.10.2009, 19:00 at Pärmivabrik. When you want to join, please come. If you can’t come, let us know. Otherwise we have to assume that you are not interested anymore. Please also send a short note that you will come to anjuuza@gmail.com.
